    COMMUNICATION
    Once design work has started, it is important that you respond in a timely manner in order to complete your design. If there is no response by the end of the following day, your project will be sent to the end of the queue. This is to ensure the schedule is not disturbed and to accommodate other clients. Should you need to place a hold on your project, please understand that the project will be sent to the end of the queue, as I follow a tight schedule.
    WEB HOSTING
    Web hosting suggestions will be happily provided, but IceyDesigns is not responsible for any problems you may encounter with your hosting provider. Please do your own research before making a decision.
    PAYMENT/REFUNDS
    Payment is required in full, prior to the beginning of any design project.
    As is common in the industry, IceyDesigns does not offer refunds once design work has begun.
    IMAGES/GRAPHICS
    IceyDesigns is not liable for violation of copyright permissions for any images/graphics that you provide for use in your design.
    REVISIONS
    All designs include three rounds of revisions. If revision requests exceed that allotment, a fee of $75 will be incurred per revision. If, for any reason, you decide to change your design after it is finalized, a fee equal to 25%-50% of the original amount will be charged, depending on the scale of work.
    PRE-EXISTING CONTENT
    It is strongly suggested that you back up your current template and widget/sidebar/site content. Just in case something should happen, IceyDesigns will not be held responsible for the loss of any content.
    AFTER INSTALLATION
    You are responsible for maintaining your site once the design has been installed. This includes everything from A-Z, such as adding content to your pages and sidebar, updating plugins and themes, etc.
    BROWSERS
    Though every design is tested for cross-browser functionality, there may be slight variations from browser to browser.
    OTHER TERMS
    IceyDesigns and Leoah, LLC reserve the right to reject any order that contains questionable or offensive material.
    IceyDesigns and Leoah, LLC will not be held responsible for any circumstances that may arise after design installation or file transfer is complete.
